Celia Lemmink

Celia Lemmink, 58, of Amagossa Valley, Nev. and formerly of Putnam County, died Saturday, Aug. 23, 2008 at her home in St. Petersburg, Fla. after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Ms. Lemmink was born in Putnam County on July 10, 1950, to Richard and Anita (Hardy) Lemmink. She was a school teacher in Nevada for 23 years.

Surviving are her mother in St. Petersburg; a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Nancy Lemmink of St. Petersburg; and a sister, Cherril Lemmink of Georgetown, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 18 years, Owen Good, in 2007; and her father.

Memorial services will be held locally at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any cancer foundation, Florida hospice service or the charity of the donor's choice.
