DPU on to league semifinal

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Fourth-seed DePauw advanced to the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championship semifinals following a 3-1 (24-26, 27-25, 25-22, 25-21) victory over fifth-seed Austin. The Tigers improved to 24-13, while the Kangaroos finished the season at 21-12

Adrienne Cobb paced DePauw with 12 kills and 10 blocks, while Kristen Chynoweth also had 12 kills. Ali Smith chipped in with 40 assists and Emily Smith helped out with 26 digs.

DePauw's semifinal match is set for 12:15 p.m. today as the Tigers take on top-seed Southwestern.
