Putnam County Sheriff's Department made two arrests Wednesday.

Barry Lynch, 27, Indianapolis, was booked at 7:02 p.m. for driving while suspended.

David Dietz, 20, Indianapolis, was booked at 11:19 p.m. for possession of alcohol by a minor, public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
