CLOVERDALE -- Former Cloverdale and Indianapolis resident Christina Williams, 80, Bushnell, Fla., died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2008 at Mike Conley Hospice in Clermont, Fla.

She was born June 17, 1928 in Greencastle to Fisher Austin and Maggie (Tuner) Austin

Mrs. Williams was employed by Hook's Drugs in Indianapolis as a cashier trainer.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star No. 80 in Brazil, American Legion Auxiliary Hurst-Collins Post 281 in Cloverdale and Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Williams April 24, 2003; her parents; a daughter, Bobetta Sue Williams; sons, James Michael Williams and John Fredrick Williams; sisters, Wanda Jean Austin, Alice Mae Austin and Frances Pfeiffer; and brothers, Richard Austin and Robert Eugene Austin.

Survivors include a daughter, Donna Mounts and her husband, Kevin, of Bushnell; adopted daughter, Christina Marie Jones and her husband, Alan, of Bushnell; sisters, Katherine Catalano of Rio Rancho, N.M., and Carolyn Parker of Madisonville, Ky.; brothers, Donald Austin of Indianapolis and Ronald Austin of Madisonville; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16 in Brick Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15 at Whitaker Funeral Home.
