Winter fun for everyone

Friday, January 30, 2009
School may not have been in session Thursday, but part of the grounds at Greencastle High School was still abuzz with activity as more than 20 kids and adults took to "Suicide Hill," just beyond the football and soccer fields.

Maggie Meyer enjoys a trip down the hill on her sled.
Michelle and Sierra Allen find out the hazards of losing your sled before you reach the bottom of the hill. While the snow has allowed kids two days of winter fun without school, it should be back to business today, as only Cloverdale Schools remain closed, with the county's other three school systems operating on two hour delays.
