Putnam County Jail

Jennifer Hart, 26, Greencastle, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday for violating terms of bond.

Aaron Priest, 33, Cloverdale, was booked at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday for probation violation.

Kenny Timberlake, 30, Bald Knob, Ariz., was booked at 12:47 a.m. Wednesday for disorderly conduct, operating per se, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and public intoxication.

Gary Fiscus, 64, Michigan City, was booked at 1:16 a.m. Wednesday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and with a BAC of .08 or more.

Sheriff's Department

Thomas Welch, Roachdale, was traveling west on C.R. 1000 N at 7:53 p.m. Monday when he topped a hill and did not see a vehicle driven by Melissa Robinson, Roachdale. Thomas could not stop his vehicle before colliding with Robinson. Neither vehicle was towed from the scene. There was an estimated $750 to $1000 in damages.
