Mark Anderson, 20, Fillmore, was booked into the Putnam County Jail at 11:14 p.m. Tuesday for violation of home detention, burglary and theft.

Crews were dispatched to S. Vine and Washington streets at 3:38 p.m. Wednesday for a motor vehicle accident. A car crashed into the side of a building. They were back in service at 4 p.m.
