Greencastle tennis places third

The Greencastle girls' tennis team competed in the Northview Tournament Saturday, finishing in third place. North Montgomery edged Northview 26-22 for first place, GHS was third with 12 and Linton ended the day in fourth after failing to score any points.

In No. 1 singles, Katie Collins placed second, while Kate Babington was third in No. 2 singles. Katie Farris ended the day with a third place finished in No. 3 singles.

Both Greencastle doubles teams placed second on the day.

Hiliary Schroder and Lauren Kiney placed second in No. 1 doubles, with Bridget Tucker and Emalie McClain finishing second in the No. 2 doubles.
