He was self-employed and left behind no insurance to help with burial cost or for any kind of needs the kids will have now and later on in life. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward helping the family with expenses.
Volunteers plan on having live entertainment during the meal. The menu for the evening includes two or three types of soup, peanut butter sandwiches (with and without jelly) and grilled cheese sandwiches. There will also be a variety of desserts, tea, coffee and lemonade.
A free will offering will be taken. Anyone wishing to help with the fundraiser but unable to attend may send a check made out to Chastity Goss, to Debbie Bartelt, 105 W. Morgan Street, Russellville, IN 46175.
The community center is a 501 (c) not-for-profit and donations are tax deductible.
