Bodnarick, Briones lead cast as McFadden makes directorial debut

Keith Bodnarick as Sean O'Neal holds his wife Dale, played by Lori Briones, as Otto and Molly Sorenson, played by Brad Williamson and Katie Wallace look, on along with Dr. Eugenia Clifford, brought to life onstage by Karen Temple.

"Mark of Cain" opened Thursday and runs July 10, 11 and 15-18 at the Putnam County Playhouse. All performances begin at 8 p.m. and all tickets are $9.

"Mark of Cain" was written by Peter Colley. Keith Bodnarick, who had a leading role in "I'll be Back Before Midnight," appears in this play as a Sean O'Neal, a man on the verge of a nervous breakdown who takes his wife to the family cabin in a remote area.

Lori Briones plays his wife Dale. She is making her PCPH dramatic debut in this production. 

While at the cabin, the O'Neals meet a local couple, Otto and Molly Sorenson, who get wrapped up in murder when Sean's twin brother arrives on the scene. The Sorensons have a checkered past with the twins, as the story reveals. Brad Williamson and Katie Wallace play the couple.

Shelly McFadden makes her directorial debut with "Mark of Cain." She worked as assistant director last season on "Singin' In the Rain."
