King

The Rev. Norris and Ruth King request the honor of the presence of friends and family at their 65th wedding anniversary celebration on Aug. 23 from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the Putnam County Municipal Airport.

The Kings were married at the Friends Church in Westfield by Rev. Copeland on Aug. 19, 1944.

Norris is a retired United Methodist minister, and Ruth is a retired schoolteacher.

Their children, Sara Cox of Fillmore and the Rev. Leonard King of Avilla, will be hosting the celebration.

The couple requests no gifts.
