To the Editor:
I do a lot of driving around town weekdays and weekends, and I notice a lot of city employees from all branches of city involvement smoking in city owned vehicles.
Does the no smoking law not count unless you are in a public city-owned dwelling? I thought it included all city owned property.
It looks bad for our city representatives to be smoking and just toss the cigarettes out on the ground.
I would like to know the mayor's opinion on this issue.
Also, I notice a lot of them never where their seat belts.
