Chelsea Leach, chairperson for the toy drive, is accepting the donation along with Brittany Wallace, also a chairperson for the drive and Nikki Collins, Cloverdale Student Council president. Below, from left, Sarah Cheatham, South Putnam student council and vice-president of sophomore class and Amanda Lund, student body president, accept a check from the Daltons and Leach. The donation was made in memory of Jackie Schlueter. To make a donation to the toy drive, contact Melinda Mann at CHS, 795-4203, or Becky Brothers at SPHS, 653-3148. Items collected will be handed out from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec 10 at CHS. Donations may be dropped off at either high school. Monetary donations are also accepted.
