Eagles down Vikings

WEST TERRE HAUTE -- The South Putnam girls' basketball team defeated West Vigo Tuesday 41-31 on the road.

Emily Dabkowski led the way with 11 points, followed by Brooke Boetjer with 10 and Jenny and Jessica Thompson with six each. Ericka Minor, Jenna Jones, Leanna Masters and Robbie Urton all chipped in two points each.

The Eagles are back in action Tuesday at Danville beginning at 7 p.m.
