Rebecca Holme, Schererville, was traveling south on SR 231 at 2:32 p.m. Nov. 29, when she lost control of her vehicle coming down Water Works Hill. Her vehicle slid into the northbound lane and struck a guardrail.
Her vehicle was not towed from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.
J.R. Marsteller, Greencastle, was traveling west on CR 550S near Reelsville at 6:41 p.m. Nov. 21, when her vehicle struck a dog in the road. She attempted to contact its owner, but there was not an answer at the residence.
There was less than $750 estimated in damages.
Nicholas Remsbury, Coatesville, was traveling north on CR 825E at 9:52 a.m. Nov. 28, when his vehicle ran off the road, into a ditch and struck several fence posts. The vehicle continued to travel in the ditch before it hit a sign in a residential driveway.
The vehicle was not towed from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages including property damage.
Eric Spoo, Indianapolis, was traveling west on U.S. 36 near Bainbridge at 6:25 p.m. Nov. 25, when his vehicle struck a deer. Jerry's Wrecker Service towed the vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $5,001 to $10,000 in damages.
Shari Harrington, Crawfordsville, was traveling north on U.S. 231 near Bainbridge at 10:17 p.m. Nov. 25, when an unidentified vehicle entered her lane of travel and forced her vehicle off the road and into a ditch.

Tyler Marshall, Poland, was backing out of a parking space at South Putnam High School at 3:20 p.m. Nov. 20, when his vehicle struck a vehicle driven by Mackenzie Cash of Greencastle.

Kandi Sandborn, Decatur, Ill., was traveling east on U.S. 36 near Bainbridge at 10:24 p.m. Nov. 26, when her vehicle drifted into the westbound lane striking the front of a vehicle driven by David Spangler of Greencastle.

Crews were dispatched to U.S. 231N and Water Works Hill at 4:50 p.m. Monday for a car fire. They were back in service at 5:17 p.m.

Greencastle Police Department
Andrew Johnston, 22, Greencastle, was traveling on E. Seminary Street at 3:28 a.m. Nov. 22, when his vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Joseph Heithaus of Greencastle.
Johnston was arrested and booked into the Putnam County Jail on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, battery against law enforcement, failure to stop after damage to a parked vehicle and public intoxication.

Tammy Snyder, 38, Cloverdale, was traveling north on US 231 at 12:01 p.m. Nov. 23, when her vehicle collided with the back of a vehicle driven by Ellen Davies, 67, Cloverdale, which was stopped for traffic.
Curtis Garage towed Snyder's vehicle from the scene. There was an estimated $2,501 to $5,000 in damages.
Tyler Lewis, 16, Greencastle, was traveling south on Percy Julian Drive at 7:46 a.m. Nov. 24, when his vehicle struck the back of a vehicle driven by Amanda Bannon, 18, Greencastle. Bannon's vehicle then struck the back of a vehicle driven by Brandon Hinkle, 18, Greencastle. Hinkle's vehicle then struck the back of a vehicle driven by Russell Fitzsimmons, 71, Brazil, which struck the back of a vehicle driven by Jana Walker, 30, Greencastle.

James Wright, 44, Greencastle, was traveling east on Broadway Street at 9:13 p.m. Nov. 25, when his vehicle struck James P. Terry, who was crossing the street.
Operation Life transported 46-year-old Terry to Putnam County Hospital for observation and treatment. He was later released from PCH.
