Tanner Kyle Speed Fenwick, 13, of Greencastle died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010.

Born March 14, 1996 in Indianapolis, he is the son of Gary and Lynn Scobee Fenwick.

Tanner was a seventh grade student at Greencastle Middle School. He loved working on cars and trucks and building and painting model cars. He was active in wrestling, youth basketball and youth and peewee football. Tanner was an avid NASCAR fan and Motocross fan, riding motocross bikes and 4-wheelers. He also enjoyed skateboarding.

Survivors include his parents; sister Kimberlyn Fenwick; grandparents Wilma Sillery Irwin and Keith and Cindy Pulliam; his uncles, Steve Fenwick and wife Sherrie, David Sillery and wife Jana and Daryl Higgins and wife Jana; his aunts, Karen Gruenholz and husband Tim, Kristi Wood and husband Rick and Kara Carroll and husband Paul; and his cousins, Matthew and Nathan Gruenholz, Samatha and Ethan Sillery, Danielle Dobson, Jordan Karch, Brittaney and Rickie Wood, Anthony and Andrew Fenwick, Kylea, Cameryn, and Ridge Carroll and Anthony and Ashton Higgins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert Raymond Fenwick, Nancy Pulliam and Glen Crawley.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home with pastors Kevin Bonifacious and Donnie Watson officiating. Burial will be at the Forest Hill Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
