Local resident to appear on classic CBS game show 'The Price is Right'

Greencastle resident Elizabeth Jensen has an opportunity to win exotic vacations, appliances and even a car when she appears on the CBS television show "The Price is Right" on March 2.

"We can't tell you whether your newly --minted hometown celebrity will take home the showcase, but nobody leaves the show without a great prize," said Courtney Smith with FremantleMedia North America and the "Price is Right."

Viewers can tune into WISH TV channel 8 at 11 a.m. on March 2 to watch the show.

Anyone who would like to watch a taping of the longest-running game show in television history can try his or her luck at being chosen as a contestant.

Simply go to www.cbs.com/daytime/the_price_is_right to get a ticket.
