Friday, February 26, 2010

Cloverdale coach Pat Rady gets a hug from senior Jacob Clark after winning his 700th career game on Thursday, becoming just the fourth coach in Indiana high school basketball history to reach the landmark.

Rady's Clovers defeated Eminence 89-77 in the regular season finale. His first win came while he was coach at Bainbridge in 1964.

I had the honor to work with this man at Terre Haute South for many years. I know his family well and can attest to the fact that Pat is a first class man in all respects.I salute him for his accomplishment but more so for his character. There is none finer than Pat Rady!

Mr. rady is not just a great coach but a great teacher as well. I was a student at Bainbridge High School when Mr. Rady came as a History Teacher and Head Basketball Coach and I never heard any student or parent have anything but good to say about him. He touched and changed many lives at BHS. Thank You Mr. Rady

I played for coach Rady in 1964-1966. I have always had the highest regard for him. It is wonderful to see him achieve this goal!
