South Putnam hosting youth athletic camps

South Putnam will be hosting youth camps for girls' tennis, basketball and volleyball beginning Monday.

The camp will run Monday through Thursday at Central Elementary and South Putnam High School. Each camp will be filled with drills, instruction and games for all girls who were in grades 3-7 during this past school year.

The cost for each camp is $20 and all funds go directly to the programs. Checks need to be made out to South Putnam High School.

Times for each camp are as follows:

Tennis Camp -- 8 to 10 a.m. (SPHS tennis courts or Central Elementary if raining)

Basketball Camp -- 10 a.m. to Noon (Central Elementary)

Lunch -- Noon to 12:30 p.m. (Central Elementary)

Volleyball Camp -- 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. (Central Elementary)

Campers will be responsible to bring their own lunch.
