BAINBRIDGE -- The Covered Bridges of Putnam County Festival has space available for vendors Oct. 8 to Oct. 17.
Vendors will set up Oct. 6 and Oct. 7 and must be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Outdoor booths cost $150 for 10x10 space or get the early bird special for $50 off. Electricity charge is an extra $25 with 20 outlets available. The electricity is on first paid basis.
Set up will be in North West exhibition lot, which is a grass area. Vendors are asked to plan accordingly.
Non-profit groups may set up at no charge. All non-profit organizations must present a copy of its 501(c) (3) determination letter. Those needing electricity will pay the $25 fee with no exceptions. A 220 will not be available to non-profits.
For weekend vendors, the cost to set up is $20 per day with limited electricity available, as 10-day vendors receive top priority. There are 60 10x10 spaces currently reserved.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Friends of the Park, a not-for-profit organization.
