Fesitivities planned for homecoming

Wednesday, August 25, 2010

The Cloverdale High School Homecoming 2010 parade has been set for Sept. 8.

The parade route will start at the high school parking lot, go straight down Market Street to the four-way stoplight, turn left and then turn left again onto East Logan Street, where the parade will end at the football stadium parking lot.

The parade will start at 5 p.m.

Anyone who would like to enter a float or walk in the parade should call the high school at 795-4203 and leave a message for Bonnie Helterbrand.

Following the parade, a powder puff football game, crowning of the homecoming king and tug of war between the classes will be held.

The theme for this year's homecoming will be "Take Out the Warriors."

Cloverdale schools will celebrate all week prior to the homecoming game with Neon Day on Tuesday, Clash Day on Wednesday, Animal Print Day on Thursday and White, Black and Green Day on Friday.
