Shirley F. Milhon

Shirley F. Milhon, 79, of Greencastle, formerly of Cloverdale, passed this world on Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2010.

She was the youngest of 11 children born to Shirley and Agnes Akins Dorsett in Belle Union.

She was the widow of Robert G. Milhon.

She is survived by two sons, Danny G. Milhon and wife Joanne Orr and Rusty L. Milhon and companion Janette Rady; two grandsons, Michael and Derek Milhon; sister, Margaret "Fern" Travis; sister-in-law Norma Jean Dorsett; and many nieces and nephews.

She follows in passing her sisters, Leo Clearwaters, Rosalie Allen, Dorothy Moake, Ruby Sichting, Colleen Lawrence and Esta Foster; and her brothers, Raymond Dorsett, Donald Dorsett, Bobbie Dorsett and Wayne Dorsett.

Mrs. Milhon was a homemaker and a longtime cook at Cascade High School. She loved animals of all kinds.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Stilesville Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Staggers officiating. There will be no calling.

Contributions may be made to the donor's favorite charity.

Arrangements were handled by Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville.
