* Oct. 5, 8:25 a.m.: Douglas J. Davies, 34, Coatesville, was traveling south on Heritage Dr. at Heritake Lake in a 2008 Chevrolet when a deer entered the roadway at Valley Forge Dr. Davies swerved to avoid the animal, overcorrected and left the west side of the road, striking a utility pole an a telephone junction box owned by Endeavor Communications.

Towed by Kenny's. Damage $5,001-$10,000.

* Oct. 5, 11:50 a.m.: Robert W. Lynn, 70, Indianapolis, was northbound on U.S. 231 in a 2007 Dodge Ram and stopped at CR 25N. He was hauling a boat. David J. Jay, 76, Cloverdale, was also northbound in a 2006 Jeep Cherokee and struck the boat and trailer form behind.

Damage $5,001-$10,000.

Oct. 7, 11:39 a.m.: Structure fire at 1417 W CR 100N. Window trim on fire. Cleared noon.

Oct. 7, 3:35 p.m.: Pedistrian struck by car at 623 E. Seminary St. Assisted Operation Life. Cleared 3:51 p.m.

Oct. 8, 10:15 a.m.: Brush fire at 1285 S. Jackson St. Cleared 11:18 a.m.

Oct. 8, 11:44 a.m.: Alarm due to cooking at Little Rock Apartments, 406 S. Spring St.

Oct. 8, 1:42 p.m.: False alarm at 445 E. Anderson St. Service being performed on fire system.

Oct. 9, 9:17 p.m.: False alarm at The Waters of Greencastle, 1601 Hospital Dr., due to malfunctioning sprinkler system. Cleared 10:07 p.m.
