'Highlander' films on Blu-ray

Lionsgate released "Highlander" and "Highlander 2" on Blu-ray Tuesday giving fans of the immortal a new way of watching the films.

The "Highlander" disc features some deleted scenes and a commentary with director Russell Mulcahy and producers Peter S. Davis and William N. Panzer.

"Highlander 2" gives you the most bang for your buck as it features some nice featurettes, deleted scenes and an alternate ending. It also has the original Cannes Film Festival promo reel.

The allure of both of the discs is the ability to watch this epic journey of the immortal MacLeod in pristine picture quality.
