Toy Drive starts up for season
The Cloverdale High School and South Putnam High School student council toy drive needs donations for this holiday season. We are looking for new toys, gently used toys, stuffed animals, hats, gloves and monetary donations. Last year we helped over 300 community children to have a Christmas.
We look forward to working together once again to make Christmas a little more special for members of the community. You may drop off your donations at either High School from now until Dec 8th. Our give away day is scheduled for Dec 9th at Cloverdale High School cafeteria beginning at 9 a.m. and stopping at 5 p.m. or when the gifts are gone. Each child will receive one stuffed animal, a hat and pair of gloves, a book (donated by the CHS FFA) and two gifts. This year we are changing the method of distribution and asking for those needing gifts to bring in their Hoosier Health Wise cards, or their children's social security card, or a tax return showing the dependents. Grandparents needing gifts should try to get copies if possible, but still come or call Malinda Mann at Cloverdale High School 765-795-4203 or Becky Brothers at South Putnam 765-653-3148. It is our desire to meet as many needs as possible during the holiday season. Thanks for your continued support.
