Putnam County Sheriff's Department

* Jan. 11, 5:55 p.m.: Johnny Snyder, 32, Reelsville, was eastbound on CR 125S in a 1994 Buick when he lost control on a corner and struck a speed limit sign and utility pole.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.

* Feb. 7, 4:02 p.m.: David Soots, 69, Coatesville, was southbound on CR 825E in a 2011 Chevrolet Impala approaching the stop sign at CR 900N. He hit his brakes and started to slide, crossing the road and striking a telephone pole.

Damage $1,001-$2,500.

* Feb. 8, 3 p.m.: Molli M. Parker, 18, Fillmore, was northbound on CR 525E in a 1994 Honda Accord. After she crested a hill, the car started to slide on ice, turning towards the east and striking a tree with the left side, where it came to rest.

Parker complained of head pain, and her mother transported her to the hospital.

Towed by Seniour's. Damage $2,501-$5,000.

* Feb. 9, 9:53 a.m.: Dennis L. Hogue, 61, Ambia, was eastbound on CR 100N in a 2007 Dodge Ram when his truck tires hit ruts in the ice. Hogue said he lost control, exiting the travel portion of the road on the south sid,e where he went into a ditch and the truck rolled onto the driver's side.

Hogue was temporarily trapped until another driver assisted in opening the passenger side door.

Fillmore Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Towed by Jerry's. Damage $5,001-$10,000.

* Feb. 9, 3:37 p.m.: Lydia Smith, 28, Clayton, drivng a 1999 Chevrolet pickup, lost control on CR 825E due to slick road conditions, running of the road and into a ditch.

Towed by Seniour's. Damage $2,501-$5,000.

Megan Elaine Anvoots, 23, Greencastle: Operating while intoxicated, Feb. 10, 5:20 a.m.

Brian Christopher Faletic, 32, Cloverdale: Nonsupport of a dependent, Feb. 9, 2:30 p.m.
