* Feb. 15, 10:05 a.m.: Deborah S. Setcoski, 45, Speedway, was westbound on SR 240 in a 2000 GMC Sonoma when she said a "herd of deer" ran from north to south across the road. She could not avoid hitting one of them with the truck's left front.

Damage $2,501-$5,000.

* Feb. 15, 6:55 p.m.: William Rogers, 45, Carbon, was backing his 2003 Chevrolet Silverado out of a driveway at 7576 N. 500W and did not notice the 2008 Chevrolet van parked behind him.

Damage $1,001-$2,500.
