Margaret L. Johnson

Margaret L. "Maggie" Johnson, 54, Cloverdale, passed away on Feb. 21, 2011 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born on July 24, 1956 in Greencastle. She was the daughter of Earl Chester and Marjorie (Snapp) Nicholson.

She was employed at Putnam Plastics and was a 1974 graduate of South Putnam High School.

She married Carl E. Johnson on May 30, 1986 and he survives. She is also survived by her mother, Marjorie Nicholson, Cloverdale; her children, Nicole Johnson, Cloverdale and Carle E. Johnson, Jr., Vincennes; her sisters, Lola Little and husband Don, Kingman, Earlene Gossard and husband Keith, Greencastle, Ginny Willey, Cloverdale, Vicky Hunt and husband James, Cloverdale, Rhonda Bunney and husband Randy, Cloverdale; her brothers, Ernie Nicholson and wife Mindy, Cloverdale, Robbie Nicholson and wife Michelle, Cloverdale and her grandchildren, Braylon and Houston Jobe, Cloverdale.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale, with Pastor Matt Nichols officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to service time at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
