They had to have some reason to arrest her,now it is up to the courts to decide. My heart goes out to the young girl's involved.

Listen people, courts already decided, she not there no more.

Just because she is not in jail does not mean that she is not guilty, she could have posted bail. Why then hasn't the Banner updated this story, that would be horrible to be falsely accused of such a crime if again they didn't have the evidence to arrest her.

Marskye95, I bet you wouldn't be defending her so much if it was one of your teenage daughters that were involved in this case!!!

Not sure of the relationship of the man and woman accused of these crimes but where in the hell are the parents of these two children?

Some commenters might be more involved than you think. Please resist passing judgment on persons you do not know. My thoughts and prayers go out to these children and their family.

How do you NOT know this is going on in your house?

Please read some facts about child sexual abuse before you think you know what's happened:

I'm with Clovertucky. How could you not know this is happening in your own home? She was arrested for neglect of children that were in her care. She didn't stop it, she should be punished for that. I don't care what people say....it happened for over 3 years and she didn't know anything? PLEASE!

She may have been threatened with her life or the lives of the girls involved. Mental, emotional, and physical abuse are often involved in these cases.

Like xfanficx said, some commenters may be more involved than you think. Or here we go, probaly know a heck of a lot more than you do. I feel compelled to let the girls and the family know that our thoughts and prayers go out to you. May you have great success with administering justice to those that should be given it, and to those who don't, may they not be given the book. GOD is the ultimate judge and juror.

Don't know her! Don't want to know her. If she knew what was going on then she should get the same punishment as him. Firing squad or hanging!!

If she didn't know then let her be!

Crimes against children should have the most severe punishment out of any and all crimes!

God got brought up in earlier comments. I'm not going to go all holy roller here but I am going to say this. If this man did what they say he did to children then God shouldn't wait around. He should judge him NOW!!

Look at her picture. Does she really look like she knows whats going on? Really. I know that look on anyones face. That is the look of confusion, mixed with sadness. Not the I knew everything look. Thanks JrsWife. At least theres someone with a little bit of common sense.

I am with Clovertucky-I have always known what goes on in my own home. So what if she was threatened by him-if she knew she had responsibility to report it. I know exactly what goes on in my home at all time. Please!
