Mary Margaret Giesen, 80, Greencastle, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born in Milwaukee on Nov. 21, 1930, the daughter of Edward and Margaret Molitor.
She had worked in the catalogue dept. at Sears for three years and in sales at Dillard's Department Store for six years and had been a homemaker and mother. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, L.W.M.L. and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary.
Survivors include her husband Roy L. Giesen; daughters Beth (Alan) Mossburg of Danville, Dorothy (John) Jones of Greencastle, Margaret (Robert) Taylor of Greencastle and Luann (Steve) Gehm of Missouri; eight grandchildren; brothers and sisters Charles Molitor of Wisconsin, Robert Molitor of Nevada, John Molitor of Wisconsin, Ann Lindquist of Wisconsin, William Molitor of California and Dorothy Wolf of Marion.
She was preceded in death by a son, David, and sister, Lois Groth.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Peace Lutheran Church, Greencastle, with Pastor Alan Barber officiating. Burial will be in Clinton Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
