Parkfest moves into its third week with the Fret Set Band playing from 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Robe-Ann Park Bandshell in Greencastle.

The Fret Set Band has been together since 1994. It is a group of friends who like to play traditional American folk music.

Lenora Bowlby plays harmonica and has been playing the lap dulcimer since she made her first one in 1980.

Don Bowlby considers himself a rhythm man on mandolin. If he wants a little appreciation, he digs into his pocket for his jaw harp.

Bill Lorton played rock 'n roll guitar in school. He switched to bluegrass when he took up the banjo, and is now proficient on the fiddle.

Rick Smock, when not teaching mathematics to college students, is singing and playing guitar.

Larry "Rooster" Kersey has been playing instruments of one kind or another all his life. He plays stand-up bass with the band.

Jill Dombrowski, a local music teacher, plays hammered dulcimer with the band.

Besides performing at Robe-Ann Park, the band plays at the Indiana State Fair, fundraisers and private parties.
