South Putnam falls to Riverton Parke

The South Putnam volleyball team lost to Riverton Parke Tuesday 18-25, 25-15, 25-20 and 25-22.

"Riverton did a great job hitting," South Putnam head coach Renata Hendrickson said. "We did a good job at times, but couldn't hold n for the win. The ladies did well hitting tonight, we just need to pull everything together all in the same game."

Mallory Cash led the Eagles with 13 points, followed by Brenly Bratcher with nine and Makayla Albers with eight. Alex McHugh had 17 assists, with Janet Crafton adding nine.

Emily Dabkowski led the team in 15 digs, with Albers 14 digs. Dabkowski also had seven kills, with Brooke Boetjer adding five. Leanna Master had two solo blocks.

The junior varsity team defeated Riverton Parke 25-24 and 25-24.
