Lulu B. Proctor, 81, of Greencastle passed away Monday, Oct. 3, 2011.
She was born on May 29, 1930 in Greencastle to John W. Lukenbill and Bernice O'Hair Lukenbill.
She was a graduate of Bainbridge High School and was a member of Bainbridge Christian Church and Mother's Study Club.
Mrs. Proctor married Raymond Gerald Proctor on Oct. 10, 1948, and he preceded her in death on March 9, 2007.
Her parents; a brother, Jim Lukenbill; and two sisters, Betty Eiteljorge and Iola Robinson, also preceded her in death.
Surviving are her children, Gary Proctor and wife Susie of Coatesville, Rita Anderson and husband Rusty of Greencastle and Rick Proctor and wife Pam of Greencastle; two sisters, Jessie Detro and husband Dan of Bainbridge and Helen Staggs of Greencastle; and three grandchildren, Zachary Wood and fiancée Michelle Cho, Cory Proctor and Dana Proctor.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Rusty Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Brick Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Lulu enjoyed crocheting, crafts, reading, golf, gardening, and most of all spending time with her family.
