Cougars sweep Eels

The North Putnam Middle School volleyball team swept Eminence Tuesday night. The eighth grade team won 25-13 and 25-19, while the seventh grade team won 25-13, 12-25 and 15-14.

Leading servers for the eighth grade squad were Taylor Nauert with nine points and six aces, with Sierra Spencer adding eight points and six aces. Adri Millican with eight points and four aces. Millican also had four kills

For the seventh grade team, Grace Willard led the team with 12 points.

The teams will be back in action today on the road at Tuttle at 5:30 p.m.
