Gingerbread House Decorating Contest

The Greencastle Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring a Gingerbread House Decorating Contest.

All ingredients -- house and decorations -- must be edible. Houses must be carried into City Hall, where they will be displayed and then judged at the monthly Park Board meeting on Thursday, Dec. 8.

Awards will be given to first and second places in three divisions: Individual, Family and Organization.

The contest is free to enter. Entries can be brought to City Hall after 9 a.m. Dec. 8 at City Hall. Awards will be announced at 7:30 that night at City Hall.
