Wanda Carol (Shutcs) Milliman

Wanda Carol (Shutcs) Milliman, 70, of Jeffersonville, Ind., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2011.

Carol was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Albany.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed traveling and jazz music and dearly loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Carol was born on Sept. 22, 1941 in Greencastle to the late George T. Shutcs and Eva (Roberts) Boswell.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dowayne Milliman, and her stepfather, Ira Boswell.

She is survived by her children, Joseph Milliman, Patrick Milliman (Alison), Brion Milliman (Maria), Juli Bowman (Brian) and Dana Hublar (Todd); her brother, Joe Boswell (Phyllis); and grandchildren, Maddison, Ryan and Antonio Milliman, Annabelle and Charlotte Bowman, and Jenna Hublar.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (1534 Slate Run Rd., New Albany) followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Burial will take place at Boone-Hutcheson Cemetery, south of Greencastle, after the service.
