St. Andrew's plans Christmas activities

St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Greencastle will mark the Christmas season with several services in the coming weeks.

On Sunday, Dec. 11, the church will celebrate with lessons and carols at its 10:15 a.m. worship service. All are invited join to join the church for this festive time hearing our story told through scripture and song.

St. Andrew's will celebrate with its children and youth through a Christmas Pageant at its 10:15 a.m. service on Sunday, Sept. 18. The event is for all ages.

Following the service, they will "green the church" in anticipation of the birth of the Christ Child. A pitch-in follows in Hamilton Hall.

On Saturday, Dec. 24, the church begins the Christmas celebration with services at 5:30 and 11 p.m. to welcome the Christ child. Special music will precede the 11 p.m. service, beginning at 10:30.

St. Andrew's is located at 520 E. Seminary St., Greencastle. All are welcome.
