Judith Ann Fisher Rogers, 68, Thorntown, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11 at her home.
Judy was born on Oct. 16, 1943 in Lafayette, Ind., a daughter of the late Harold Edwin Clement and Rosemary (Sheets) Clement Schroeder.
She was reared and educated in Lafayette, where she graduated from Jefferson High School in 1961. She attended Indiana University, Purdue University and Ivy Tech.
She resided in Lebanon since 1963, with the exception of several years, 1998-2006, spent in Bainbridge.
On March 3, 1963 in Thorntown, she married Roland Dean Fisher, who died Jan. 19, 1997. She later married Dennis Keith Rogers on Aug. 21, 1998 in Lebanon. He passed away on April 21, 2006.
She was a member of Hope Community Christian Church, where she helped with many church plays and activities.
Survivors include her children, Tammie J. McDermott and husband Sean, Lebanon, Vern H. Fisher and wife Cyndee, Thorntown, R. Todd Fisher and wife Alicia, Thorntown, Sheryl Schaible and husband Gary, Frankfort, and Kenny D. Fisher and wife Kathy, Lafayette; two sisters, Sandra Fidler and husband Jim, North Carolina, and Debra Nance and husband Steve, Lebanon; four stepchildren, 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, several step-grand and great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Jerrie L. Rich.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Myers Mortuary, Lebanon, with Rev. Robert Wyrick officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Thorntown.
