Gobin Memorial UMC to host two Easter services

Gobin Memorial United Methodist Church in Greencastle, will host a pair of services on Easter Sunday, April 8.

The first Easter service will be a community sunrise service at 7 a.m. at Airy Knob Farm, the home of Vic and Linda Hunter. The home is located at 3645 S. CR 200 West -- three miles south of the Putnam County Courthouse on Manhattan Road. The sunrise service will have an Easter puppet show with breakfast to follow.

The second Easter service will be a traditional service at 10:30 a.m. in the Gobin sanctuary located at 307 Simpson St. There will be special music by the Gobin Choir and the Bells of Gobin, a short children's program, the message given by Rev. Dr. P.T. Wilson, and a postlude by Organist Michael Conley playing Charles-Marie Widor's Tocatta from Fifth Organ Symphony.
