Thanks for the memories

Retiring multi-term president of the Heritage Preservation Society (HPS) of Putnam County, Phil Gick (left), receives a framed certificate of appreciation from fellow board member Ken Eitel during the recent annual meeting of the organization at the Putnam County Museum. Under Gick's leadership during 2011, three Greencastle residential districts were placed on the National Register of Historic Places and several other preservation-related issues received attention.
