Food distribution on tap at Whitestone pantry Wednesday

NEW WINCHESTER -- The Whitestone Food Pantry will conduct a food distribution effort from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 2 at the food pantry.

Distribution is geared to needy residents of Floyd Township in eastern Putnam County and Marion Township in western Hendricks County.

Recipients must provide a governmental photo ID, such as a driver's license or another official document that includes a photo. A second piece of identification, such as a current utility bill, is also necessary to be a recipient.

The Whitestone Food Pantry is located at 8045 W. U.S. 36, west of New Winchester.
