Dine with a Doc set for April 23

The April 23 edition of Dine with a Doc will feature psychologist Dr. Thomas E. Rea.

The event will occur from 10 a.m.-noon at the First National Bank located at 1128 Indianapolis Road.

Dine with a Doc is a free program that allows the local senior community to hear the doctor of the month discuss an educational topic over lunch.

Rea is a licensed clinical psychologist who joined Terre Haute Regional Hospital in 2007.

He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology from Indiana State University in 2008. Rea practices individual, group, couple and family therapy.

He also serves as director of psychological services at the hospital.

Brunch will be provided by Putnam County Hospital. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling 1-877-223-6109.

In addition to Rea's presentation, health care providers will be available to share information about their services. Door prizes will be included.

The Dine with a Doc program was designed by Senior Education Ministries, Inc. to allow seniors to get out of their homes, fellowship with their peers, extend their available financial resources, promote enhanced living and educate them about the topic of the month.
