Double taxation for Edgelea Subdivisoin residents?

To the Editor:

What is the legal authority for what amounts to double taxation of Edgelea residents for services all county residents currently pay taxes for?

Is the county government willing and able to extend the same courtesy to all county residents equally and fairly under the law?

Currently the county government cannot support road maintenance or readily supply the funds for this project. How do those elected officials propose to do so in the future?

Spending money you don't have is not a sound fiscal policy.

Again, will all county residents benefit from this project equally and fairly under the law?
