South Rises Again

Members of the South Putnam High School softball team hoist their IHSAA Class 2A championship trophy after defeating Adams Central 3-1 Saturday. The Eagles are the only team to post a perfect record in Class 2A state tournament history after going 31-0. For compelete coverage of South Putnam's state title see pages 7A-8A,10A.
