CASSANDRA JO DAVIS, of Cloverdale, was among the 256 recipients of bachelor's degrees at Manchester College's commencement ceremony last month.

Cassandra earned her Bachelor of science degree in political science. She is a graduate of South Putnam High School.

Two Putnam County students were among those named to the Vincennes University dean's list for the spring 2012 semester.

MICHAEL C. JACKSON, of Greencastle, is majoring in graphic design occupational.

NICHOLAS R. PRITCHARD, of Greencastle, is an aviation maintenance tech major.

To qualify for the dean's list, a student must complete at least 12 credit hours and achieve a grade point index of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.

Two Putnam County students were named to the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology dean's list for the spring 2012 semester.

BENJAMIN PARKER, of Fillmore, is a senior biomedical engineering major. He is the son of Mark Parker and Tami Parker.

JORDON PHILLIPS, of Greencastle, is a sophomore majoring in computer science. He is the son of Jeffery and Janette Phillips of Greencastle.

In order to be named to the dean's list, students must earn at least a 3.3 grade point average on a 4.0 scale.
