-- At 3:14 p.m. July 6, a two-vehicle accident occurred on Indianapolis Road as Michael Blue, 29, Greencastle, was driving a 1995 Chevrolet truck when he reportedly looked down for something in the cab.

Officer Jeff Modlin estimated total damage at $1,000-$2,500.

-- At 9:18 a.m. July 6, a two-car accident was reported on Indianapolis Road, just west of Fifth Street.

James Price, 81, Greencastle, was leaving Superwash in a 2011 Buick Lucerne, turning east on Indianapolis Road.

Total damage was listed at $5,000-$10,000.

-- At 3:55 p.m. July 4, a one-vehicle accident at Washington and Wood streets reportedly knocked out power and caused some electrical equipment problems for neighboring homes.

Officer Ed Wilson reported that Daylene Collier, 22, Roachdale, was eastbound on Washington Street, driving a 2001 Chrysler Sebring when she reportedly dropped her lighter on the floor and attempted to retrieve it.

As she reached down, the car veered off the roadway and struck a utility pole.

Total damage was estimated at $5,000-$10,000.

-- At 3:30 pm. June 30, a two-vehicle accident was reported at Bloomington and Martinsville streets.
