Louise 'Curly' Laudig

Louise "Curly" Laudig, 90, Cloverdale, passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Putnam County Hospital, Greencastle.

She was born on Nov. 14, 1921 in Owen County, and was the daughter of the late Rollie and Ruth (Sinclair) Coffman.

She married Joseph E. Laudig on April 13, 1941, and he survives.

She is also survived by her daughters, Nancy Branneman and husband Richard, Cloverdale, Vicki Jo Hess and husband Chuck, Plainfield, and Patty Buis, Cloverdale; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law Lois Case and Jean Hunt; brothers-in-law Don Laudig and wife Fran and Ferd Laudig and wife Dawn; and several half-sisters and half-brothers.

She was preceded in death by her infant son, her parents and several half-sisters and half-brothers.

She was a homemaker and former member of Order of Eastern Star No. 369, Cloverdale and the American Legion Auxiliary, Hurst-Collins Post 281, Cloverdale.

Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5 at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale.
