For middle school and high school students, class schedules, a supply list, locker assignments, student handbooks and free/reduced lunch applications will be provided at the time of on-site registration.

Students new to North Putnam Schools must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at registration. A copy of the student's birth certificate, immunization records and proof of residency is required.

Students living with adults other than their parents will be required to have court documents detailing legal guardianship before enrolling.
