Racing for a Cause

Area runners and walkers gathered at the DePauw Nature Park July 29 for the annual Mental Health Race. In the walking division, (above left) Ian Stewart was first overall with a time of 26:37, with Harry Galich placing second with a time of 27:14. David Brabham was third with a time of 27:14, achieved while pushing his two-year-old child. In the running division, Greencastle High School student Taylor Secrest was third overall with a time of 24:10. DePauw students Stu Newgent and Noah Droddy finished second and first, respectively. Newgent posted a time of 24:10, while Droddy won with a time of 23:38
