Wildcats hosting IFL playoff game Sept. 8

The West Central Wildcats, based out of Terre Haute, will play a playoff football game Saturday at Cloverdale High School.

The game will kickoff at 7 p.m. against the Kentucky Xtreme. The Wildcats are the No. 1 seed and if they win, they will host the league championship game on Sept. 15 at Cloverdale.

The Wildcats are the defending Interstate Football League (IFL) champions. Former Putnam County players Darr Boruff and Kyle Adams (North Putnam) and Greg Ellis (Cloverdale) are members of the squad.
